Our menu

We offer typical Swiss dishes: fondues, raclettes and croûtes with the cheese we make on site, Rösti maison cooked in butter from the fromagerie, meat grilled over a wood fire,...


Cheese making takes place in the evening from 6:30 pm and is done by our master cheesemaker who prepares the cheese by hand over a wood fire.


On the second floor of our building, just above the restaurant is our museum.

Several rooms reproduce the life inside the chalets of the high Alpine pastures and the elements you could find there at that time.

Our shop

Our shop offers: Swiss porcelain made in Langenthal, Souvenirs made of wood, House specialities (handcrafted cheeses), Raclette, Caramels made by our master cheesemaker, Regional sausages...
