Outside the high season periods (summer and winter months), a lunch break takes place between 2pm and 5pm every day of the week (non-stop during the weekend).
During high season periods, the restaurant remains open until 00h00-01h00.
Our restaurant and museum La Fromagerie is situated near the ski lifts of Leysin, in the direction of the town's train station. A huge wooden cow is seated right in front of our house.
